We are now accepting contestants for the 13th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Entries are on a first-come-first-serve basis and space is limited, soooo...ya snooze ya lose. The Rules

*You can make any style chili you like*

*You must make 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of chili*

*Chili must be at the Spring Lounge by Noon on Sunday, Feb. 16th*

*Condiments (onions, sour cream, etc.) are not allowed due to space limitations*

Chilis will be judged by a panel of 5 industry professionals

There will also be "People's Choice" award (voted on by bar patrons)
